Goozmo Fails with Customer Support

"Goozmo", a local Boulder based website template builder, has once again become its own menace. To many bugs are in the system and to few people run the show. A local company (wants its name kept from the public so their site wont break again) had its website up for more than 5 months; everything seemed to be working perfectly and then "blamo" the portfolio, which was the key part of the sites operation died. Over and over again the Goozmo customer was told that everything would be fixed, then they were told it must be the clients fault it was broken. On and on and on this went. Finally 38 days later the problem was fixed. To bad "Goozmo", 38 days is way to long. Trust me; it's time to move on, and get a new custom site built.

Crash and burn is what sounds this Manrta.

Best wishes and good luck to the "Goozmo" team.

This site was never backed up, so I apologize to Goozmo I guess it was my fault after all. They fixed it and gave me free hosting for the trouble.
